About me
Hi! My name is Shiva and I’m a translator and crafter/maker from the Netherlands.
I specialize in cultural and culinary translations, translating from Swedish and Dutch into English. I’m a native English speaker, fully fluent in Dutch and competent in Swedish.
Besides my day-to-day work as a translator, I’m also a crafter/maker! My specialties are custom hand embroidery and the reproduction of historically accurate costumes used for fun, faires and/or re-enactment and LARP.
I specialize in Viking-era outfits, but can do a whole lot more – and I’m an expert at sourcing affordable materials that look fully authentic.
